The Rev. B. Gale Titchenell, right, of Woodville, ( an eleventh and twelfth grade government and U. S. History^teacher and chairman of the social studies department at Rappahannock County High School, is among 76 teachers attending a graduate course on “preservation of the Principles of Freedom” at the national headquarters of Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge, Pa. The University of Denver is conducting the three-week course, June 24-July 12, in cooperation with Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge. Discussing the seminar with Mr. Titchenell is Reed Harris, president of Freedoms Foundation.
