For Mr. and Mrs. William Carrigan to provide a setting for a patriotic program, an entertainment area for young people and beautiful fireworks on Independence Day is most generous. The public in great numbers took advantage of the opportunity for a picnic supper on the spacious hillsides while others just rested and relaxed after a hot day.
