A closer look at Laurel Hill which will be open for the annual house tour this weekend shows the ornate wrought iron railings used on the spacious porches which was formerly on the old Waverly Hotel in Culpeper. Three homes will be opened for the tour and the sale of dried flower arrangements will take place at Trinity Church parish hall in Washington.
