Access to Shenandoah Park on the old Mount Marshall fire road had been clouded when land in the area was subdivided, and part of the old-right-of-way blocked. Baumgardner reported that all the owners have now agreed to the new route and that necessary bulldozer work clearing the new route has already been donated by a firm known as Manassas Investors. The deed was formally accepted by the Board. □
