Mr. and Mrs. Karl E. Eliassen and sons, Henning and Per Hallvard of Oslo, Norway have been houseguests of Mrs. Harald Havstad and son, Peter. As technical advisor at the Headquarters Allied Forces, Northern Europe, Mr. Eliassen and his family will visit the Space Center in Houston, Texas and tour the states before returning here in August.
