The topography of his area of Finland is somewhat like our county, though not as hilly, he said. Mostly evergreen trees dominate the vegetation with some birches, but no oaks. The climate is much colder in winter, as much as 25 below, but also much drier. The summers are not quite as hot as ours and the humidity here is strange indeed to Ari.
