perty taken from homes in Rappahannock and Madison counties was recovered July 1U after a search of the home of James Fincham at Nethers.
THREE PERSONS—James Clark Nicholson, James Fincham and Gilbert Fincham—have been charged with the thefts and were indicted Monday by the grand jury in Rappahannock County Circuit Court. Tires stolen from the salvage yard of C.K. Estes at Sperryville were also recovered. They were on the truck the subjects were driving when they came to court on a previous matter. James Hncham of Etlan was charged with the tire theft.
The raid was conducted by Troopers Baines and Watson and Charles Moore, and Sgt. H. Brown. Assisting them were deputies R. Hawkins and B. Wealkey of the Rappahannock sheriff’s department.
