IF, AND when, a client is ready for competitive employment, every effort is made to place him in the open labor market. The F.O.R.E. staff coordinates this effort with the Manpower Coordinator, Community Action Program, Virginia Employment Commission, Department of Vocational Rehabilitation, local Health, Welfare or Mental Health Services, and others.
