Picnic, swimming
party is planned
An end of summer picnic and swimming party is planned for the 4-H members of Rappahannock for Friday, August 20, at the South Wales Swim Club pool near Amissville. 4-H members between the ages of 9 and 19, their friends and parents are invited. Youth under 19 must be accompanied by an adult.
Each person attending must furnish transportation, take a swimsuit, towel and a bag lunch. A cold drink will be included in the cost of the trip, which is $1.25^er person. Those attending will meet at the pool picnic area at 11:30 a.m. for lunch and swimming will be from noon until 4 p.m.
All registrations must be in the Rappahannock Extension office no later than Friday, August 13. No money or registrations will be taken after August 13.
