Patrick O’Connell of Sperryville is attending the Culinary Institute of America for a special, advanced course given each year by the school for professional chefs.
The Institute, located in Hyde Park, N.Y., is considered to be the finest school for chefs in the United States and is the only facility of its kind awarding a degree for training in the culinary arts.D
