State Senator Nathan H. Miller, representing Page, Culpeper, Madison, Rappahannock and Rockingham Counties and the City of Harrisonburg, has been appointed to the Commission on CityCounty Relationships by John N. Dalton, Lieutenant Governor of Virginia and President of the Senate.

The Commission is directed by the General Assembly to study formulation of policies relating to city-county relationships and to advise and work with the Senate Committee on Local Government and the House Committee on Counties, Cities and Towns in the development of such policies and attendant legislation.

Senator Miller is also a member of the Senate Committee on Local Government, and the insights gained from this service will enable him to contribute significantly to the operation of the Commission
