Bruce reported that he had logged 510 miles during March while picking up 21 dogs, his highest monthly total since he began as county dog warden. In the past year, he said he caught a total of 191 dogs with at least three out of every five females. “Let them go a year or two and you couldn’t get out of your house for the dogs,” he added.
“1 would hate to put my dog on a chain at the back porch,” commented Luke.
