Notice is hereby given tbejtappahannock County, Virginia has made application to the U.S. Departwpnt of Housing and Urban Development for Community Development Brock Grant Funds to be used in the construction of Sewage Collection Lines in the Community of Sperryville. Through information provided consultants to the Owner, a determination has been made that the Sperryville Sewage Works Project will have no significant adverse effect on the environment of the Sperryville Community. This finding results from the following facts:

1. The Project will not endanger existing plant and animal life, including endangered species;

2. The Project will not disturb any archeologic, historic, scientific, or cultural areas;

3. The Project will not require the relocation of any individuals, businesses, or services;
