Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors on April 7, 1977 hereby authorizes and directs the County Treasurer to transfer $ 143,000 from the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund to a Multi-Purpose and General Government Construction Fund which is hereby established to account for the construction costs of a new Clerk's Office Building and other County construction projects which may be hereafter defined.
