The applicant requests a special permit ra use said property as a comwiercial ski area as well as\ for the following purposes, iowlt; (a) the construction arKydperation of slides upon which gravity propelled sleds can be ridden, and (b) the rental of skis and ski equipment; and (c) the rental of areas for the sale of arts and crafts, and (d) the rental of areas to Rap pahannock County farrhers as a farmer's market for the sale of farm produce; and (e) providing horseback riding instructions and trail riding; and (f) the sale of tennis privileges, swimming privileges and hiking privileges; and (g) the operation and construction of a miniature golf course; and (h) providing facilities for dancing and musical en tertainment, which shall NOT include musical festivals of any kind; and (i) to use the said property as a recreational area for the aforesaid and similar uses, which SHALL NOT include amusement parks, roller coasters, rock concerts, subdivisions, or any use that is incompatible with the agricultural-recreational character of Rappahannock County; and
