Alvin L. Atkins is a patient in Culpeper Memorial Hospital having undergone emergency surgery on Sunday.

Clark

A funeral service for Lila Clark of Boston, was held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Shiloh Baptist Church in Woodville with burial in the church cemetery. The Rev. Clifford H. Sanford of Culpeper had charge of the service.

Mrs. Clark, 95, died Saturday at a Waynesboro nursing home where she has been a patient for three years.

She was a native of Flint Hill, Rappahannock County and the daughter of Thomas and Eliza Ann Gark.

She is survived by one sister, Maude E. Gark of Pittsburgh, several nieces and nephews, including Frank Gark of Boston, Va.
