Our bodies are not as yet really adjusted to a sedentary form of life. Atrophy sets in if we fail to use our bodies. Failure to use the arms, for instance, will cause them to become lifeless. Running is a wonderful exercise, it charges up the whole system. Walking is splendid exercise.
