Giles, Skip and Kenneth, accompanied by Mrs. Faye Martin and Christy of Front Royal, spent last week at Myrtle Beach, S.C.
Mr. and Mrs. R. A. Baines were in Arlington Monday and visited Col. and Mrs. Richard Oliver.
Glenn Updike and children John Lee, Kelly Lynn and Jennifer of Newsoms are spending from Wednesday until Sunday with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Updike. Mrs. Lyle Updike and children of Omaha, Neb. who have been spending some time with the Updikes and other relatives in the county, are presently visiting in Ashland. Lyle Updike will join his family on Friday.
Arthur M. King has returned to his home in Alexandria after spending several days with his niece, Mrs. T. L. Eastham, Mr. Eastham and family.
Pvt. and Mrs. Cecil Smoot of Goldsboro, N.C. spent last week with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Herndon Hudson here and Mr. and Mrs. William Smoot, Sperryville.
