Approximately 400 spectators, a record breaking crowd for Fannon Field, watched Rappahannock beat Farmington in last Sunday's polo match to benefit the county Historical Society. Although the field was wet, there were only three spills. Neither horses nor riders were injured.
Farmington jumped off to an early lead in the first chukker with a goal from Roger Reinhardt. Jr. The second chukker was scoreless and Rappahannock came back in the third to move ahead with goals from Robby Reinhardt and Brad Shear. Farmington's Roger Reinhardt.
