In addition, attendence figures show that more children transferred INTO Rappahannock schools than out of school here last year.

According to the report, the original capacity of the high school was 285 when the building was constructed in I960. Additional classrooms and a shop were built in 1966 to handle 100 more students, increasing the classroom capacity to 385. Currently. 465 students are enrolled.

The report also noted that none of the base facilities—cafeteria, restrooms. guidance, office and storage areas—have been enlarged past the original 285 capacity they were designed to serve.
