Nichols interjected that it might be better to make an assessment oi space needs and include options for solving those needs before meeting with the Supervisors.

In response. Mrs. Massie named Paul Nichols as chairman ol a committee to study school space needs. She volunteered hcrxelt to serve on the committee and also appointed Walter Masterson with Dr. Bloomer as an "advisory member."
"I'd like to recommend that the entire Board meet with the school principals and visit the schools during the day to see what the needs are." interjected Don Bomberger. high school math teacher and former president of the Rappahannock County Educational Association.
In addition to the crowding at the elementary school referred to by Bloomer, Bomberger reported that the music teacher there must push a piano around front class to class as there is no space for a music room. He also noted a storage problem at both schools.
