The afternoon was a real community affair—from junior hostesses Belinda Burke. Marion Eastham, Donna Gore and Sarah Massie who helped serve the chicken dinners to the spectators who helped replace the divets in the field at half-time. Between ticket sales and the barbeque chicken dinners that were sold on the grounds, the Historical Society made over 51,200.
