Special Meeting
The Rappahannock Board of Supervisors held a special meeting on Friday, September 15, at 2 p.m. According to Clerk Diane Bruce, secretary for the Board, the Supervisors went into executive session with Commonwealth attorney George Davis to discuss litigation.
During the open portion of the special meeting, the Board considered and rejected four proposals for additonal work at the new Gcrk’s office.

Amissville Ruritan Gub and other citizens of the Amissville-Viewtown area have joined efforts and are offering a SI000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the alleged rapist who attacked a young woman on July 26.
If anyone wishes to make a contribution, it will be added to the amount already offered, according to T. C. Barron, president of the local club.
