One Perfect Score
At the December school board meeting, McDaniel reported that one Rappahannock student scored 100 per cent on both the reading and math exams. Four students, he said, achieved perfect scores on the reading exam alone and two students scored 100 per cent on the math test only. "We had 13 students make 95 per cent or better on both tests,” he added.
McDaniel continued that school'personnel were already working on remediation plans for the five students who failed both exams and the 20 students who failed at least one portion of the competency tests. He said that special afternoon classes were a possibility under consideration.
