Colonel Glasker’s assignment to DISC follows graduation from the Army War College at Carlisle Barracks, Pa. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Education from Virginia State College, and was awarded a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from Shippensburg State College, Pa.
