Commonwealth attorney Douglas Baumgardner pointed out that he included an extra provision in Rappahannock’s land use ordinance. The addition to the model ordinance stipulates that the landowner shall provide all relative information and records necessary to evaluate an application for land use as to its compliance with eligibility criteria.
In addition. Luke noted that separate application fees are required for each parcel listed separately in the deed book except where the properties are contiguous.
