Asked by Robert Eastham for more information on the alleged safety hazards in the shop area. Mrs. Ellis told the board that electrical outlets protruding from the floor where desks are located have shocked several students. With the desks in the way, the plugs can’t be used and so should be eliminated, she said. Mrs. Ellis also notea that she’d lodged a specific complaint about lack of venilation in the paint room. She added that she filed her complaint and raised the safety issue with the board after first dealing with the administration, because she felt nobody was going to do anything.
