Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell Hitt of Castleton announce the engagement of her daughter, Kathleen Lynn Pederson to Roy Alan Knighting, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Lee Knighting, also of Castleton.
Miss Pederson is a senior at Rappahannock County High School. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Pederson of Homestead, Fla.
Mr. Knighting is employed by Mid-Atlantic Coca-Cola Company in Warrenton. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Haywood Rutherford of Castleton. Mrs. Annie Weakley of Culpeper and the late Roy Knighting.
