Steve Crossman of Avon Park, Fla., was indicted on charges that he feloniously and with intent to defraud an insurance company set fire to his 1979 pick-up truck. A hearing on motions in the case is set for December 31, also.

Anon Charge

The grand jury brought in a true bill against Robert Clarence “Pete” Martin on one count of arson involving the burning of four barns in Sperryville owned by the C. E. Johnson family.

Last March, Martin was tried and found guilty of five counts of arson—one for each barn and a fifth charge for the Johnsons’ person il property which was destroyed in the 1980 Halloween Eve fire.

But in a written opinion delivered September 3, circuit court judge Shore Robertson set aside the four
