RENOVATION AND REPAIR
OF RAPPAHANNOCK
COUNTY COURTHOUSE
Building Contractors are invited to submit a sealed proposal tor the below described work at the location indicated. Materials and services are to be furnished to (1) seal wall leakage. (2) install storm windows. (3) provide electrical outlets and new electrical circuits tor air conditioners. (4) install flourescent-louvered lamps, (5) interior painting of walls and woodwork. (6) exterior painting of metal lire escape. Proposals and other data submitted by bidders will form the basis for negotiation of a lump sum contract for the work Proposals are to be submitted in proper form as described in information for bidders. They shall reach the county building official’s office no later than November 24. 1981. at 4:30 P.M. at which time and place bids will be opened and read. The contract documents may be secured at the county building officials office or the Clerk's Office after November 10.1981. Bid bond will not be required. Attention is invited to "information tor bidders" which is to be followed in all respects. Bidders may be represented at the opening bids if they so desire.
