The Rappahannock Retired Teachers Association held its fall meeting with a luncheon Thursday at the Quality Court in Front Royal.

Dinner guests of Mrs. Mary Quaintance last Wednesday evening at the Old Salem Inn in Culpeper were Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Sanford of Orange, C. I. Miller of Washington, Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Fletcher, Mrs. D. Lyle Miller Jr. and Mrs. Brown Miller.

Mr. and Mrs. David Tyner and Mrs. Emma Campbell of Palmyra were dinner guests Wednesday of Mrs. Ethel Tyner and Miss Nellie Atkins.

Mrs. Venie Dodson of Manassas was a weekend guest of Mrs. Delia Leake.

Mrs. Ethel Clater entered the University of Virginia Hospital Sunday for her second eye operation scheduled for Monday.

Mrs. Amy L. Gore of Fairfax was a weekend guest of Mrs. Frances Thornton.

Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Nethers were weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Guessford in Williamsport, Md.
