Recruit Training
Seaman Recruit Dale R. Cameron, son of Mrs. Lucille Cameron of Petersburg, W. Va., formerly of Washington, has completed recruit training at the Navy Training Center in San Diego, Calif.
During the eight-week training cycle Cameron studied general military subjects designed to prepare him for further academic and on the job training in one of the Navy’s 85 basic occupational fields.
Cameron' is a 1981 graduate of Petersburg High School. He joined the Navy in June.
