Verse 6, “All we like sheep have gone astray, we have turned every one to His own way and the Lord has made to light on Him the guilt and iniquity of us all.” 1 Peter 2:24 & 25 in tire New Testament says the same thing. The Holy Spirit's commentary on this can be found in Matt. 8:17. The word “Save” comes from the Greek word “Sozo”, which covers our entire being, Spirit, Soul and Body. We are spirit beings, we have a soul and we live in a body. (I Thes. 5:23).
