Mrs. Susie Brown and Mrs. Emma Swindler spent Wednesday in Winchester. En route home they visited Buck Lewis in Warren Memorial Hospital.

Mr. and Mrs. Harald Havstad Jr. and daughter Dawn of Stillwater, New Jersey spent last weekend with Mrs. Harald Havstad and son Peter.

Our heartfelt sympathy is extended to the family of Mr. Carl Fincham who passed away last week.

The Administrative Board of the Sperryville United Methodist met Monday night with Mrs. Emma Swindler. Others present were Rev. Merlin Shorb, Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Nethers, Mr. Hugh Chrisman, Mrs. Catherine Brown, Mrs. Margaret Ann Wayland, Mrs. Annabelle Swindler and Mrs. Polly Aylor.

Mr. and Mrs. Ricky Pullen of Washington were Sunday night guests of Mr. and Mrs. Jackie Bald
