Virginia Tobin
Virginia Blanche Tobin, 69, of Front Royal, died Feb. 27 in Winchester Medical Center.
The funeral will be held March 2 at 11 a.m. at Maddox Funeral Home in Front Rosyl with the Rev. Peter Whitting officiating. Burial will be in Sperryville Cemetery.
Mrs. Tobin was born June 24, 1920, in Rappahannock County, the daughter of the late Carroll Menefee and Arrie Pullen Jenkins. She was retired after 38 years from Avtex Fibers Inc. She was a member of Worldwide Church of God in Front Royal.
Surviving are her husband, Arthur P. Tobin; two sons, James E. Burke Sr. of Sperryville and Charles E. Burke of Seabrook, Md.; one daughter, Dorothy Martin of Berryville; one brother, Lewis Jenkins of Shepherd, Texas; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends tonight, March 1 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
