The Woodsmoke Cafe opened for business this past week. Their hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Everyone is urged to stop by and meet the owner John Shipman.
The Sperryville Volunteer Fire Department will be holding a benefit auction on Saturday, April 21 at 7 p.m. at the fire hall. Anyone wishing to donate items are asked to contact C.B. Johnson at 987-8264 or Tim Falls at 987-8142. Plan now to attend.
The Sperryville Business Council will meet on Sunday, March 11 at 6 p.m. at The Woodsmoke Cafe. All members and interested business persons are urged to attend.
Mrs. Lillie Pullen remains a patient in Culpeper Memorial Hospital. She is visited daily by her family members and is reported to be improving. We wish her a speedy recovery.
