When I first moved to the town of Washington, I was impressed by the loyalty that newcomers as well as long-time residents had for their town.
The preservation of this historic hamlet seemed paramount. Now it seems that this common goal has been forgotten, and people are no longer “lrinder and gentler” but are busy back stabbing and verbally abusing one another!
Since we really have the best interest of Washington at heart, couldn’t this wasted energy be rechanneled to the issue at hand?
