Carl Fincham
Carl Junior Fincham, 45, of Sperryville, died on Feb. 20 at the University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville.
Survivors include his wife, Evelyn Shifflett Fincham; one son, Mark T. Fincham of Sperryville; one daughter, Kimberly F. Clark of Sperryville; one brother, James H. Fincham of Sperryville; three sisters, Mary H. Jenkins of Etlan, Frances L. Dodson and Betty A. Jenkins, both of Sperryville.
He was preceded in death by his parents Noah (Sam) Fincham and Ora Jenkins Fincham; one brother, George D. Fincham; and one sister, Martha E. Jenkins.
Funeral services were held Feb. 24, at Middle River Pentacostal Church, Standardsville. The Rev. Oral W. Doval officiated. Interment was in Etlan Cemetery.
Hester Hart
Hester G. Hart, died Feb. 14 at the Washington Hospice Home.
Mrs. Hart was born Aug. 15, 1910 in Culpeper, the daughter of the late Will and Betty Green. She was employed by the Department of the Army, Ft. Belvoir, Va. for thirty years.
She is survived by two daughters, Betty Hill and Elizabeth Bush; two sons, Sandy Hart and James Hart; fifteen grandchildren; twenty one great-grandchildren; two great
