Children from grades 5-12 attend the camp for two weeks and study such subjects as archaeology, botany, forestry, geology, herpetology, wildlife art and management. Students live in rustic, screened cabins.
Nature Camp is owned and operated by the Virginia Federation of Garden Clubs and is located in Vesuvius, Va. \
The 1994 students have been selected. Persons interested in the scholarship in future years are encouraged to contact any Garden Club member.
