Member Donna Kevis mentioned that she would still prefer the real stucco to the acrylic. The decision, however, is up to Mr. Monroe and his client, Mrs. Edward Parrish. The main consideration is cost. \
Mr. Monroe also asked for approval to change the roof tiles on the house to dark gray instead of the existing color, green. Approval was granted.
The members of the ARB decided to defer elections until the March meeting, when more members are expected to be present. ■
