On Dec. 18, Anna Jones and Patrick Allen of Pendragon Dale on Route 647, invite the community to spend the afternoon with them for an Animal Christmas Party. Activies begin at noon. Santa arrives at 1 p.m. and the Pet Show and Animal Contest begins at 2 p.m. Costumes are encouraged.
The indoor-outdoor party will benefit SPCA’s and other groups. There will be horse-drawn hayrides; snacks and treats for animals and humans; photos with Santa Paws in a real sleigh; decorated an animal Christmas tree; meet, pet and feed animals, including horses, llamas, goats, swans, peacocks, sheep turkeys, dogs, cats, ducks, geese, donkies and more.
SPCA will be taking donations of food, litter, towels, bleach, toys, etc. For more details call Anna or Patrick at 364-3970.
