Rusty Fisher walked through Rappahannock County last Thursday, bearing a large wooden cross on his shoulder. The cross is on wheels.
Mr. Fisher is 6n his way to Washington, D.C. to see President Clinton, and he has high hopes that he will get to see him and deliver his important message. His written message numbered ten pages as he traversed Rappahannock County,* but he expects to add more to it daily- ilyMr.
Fisher said that God started speaking to him while he was watching Rush Limbaugh. He then knew that he needed to get an urgent message to President Clinton.
