PUBLIC NOTICE: LIBRARY BOARD VACANCY The Rappahannock County Library Board of Trustees will have two vacancies effective December 31, 1994. due to the expiration of two currently-serving members’ terms of office. The nine member volunteer Library Board oversees the staff and operations of the Rappahannock County Library, including budgeting, policy and related matters. The terms of office are for four years, from January 1, 1995 through December 31, 1998. In order to be considered for appointment, a person must be a resident of Rappahannock County, and be interested in the operations of the Library. Interested persons are invited to contact their representative on the Board of Supervisors to express their interest in the position, no later than December 30, 1994, or to contact John W.
