PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virjji,rta. as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 28, 1994 at 9:00 a.m. in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications:

SE# 94-11-02 Charles E. Sutphin, Rt. 1 Box 111-A Flint Hill, VA 22627, desires to obtain a Special Use Permit in order to expand a farm equipment, service and parts' operation at his residence on Rt. 729 in Flint Hill. Property is located in Wakefield Magisterial District, zoned “A” Agricultural and “C" Conservation; Tax Map 22, Parcel 5, consisting of approximately 29.83 acres. Use allowed in accordance with Section 170-36, Article G of the Rappahannock County Code.
