Amissville United Methodist Women’s Night Circle invite the public to a ham dinner at 5 p.m. on Saturday, June 3. Cost is $5 adults and $3 children 10 and under.

Everyone is encouraged to attend the remaining two days of the Hartland Wellness Center’s Natural Foods Cooking Class and Health Lectures from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. today and tomorrow, May 31 and June 1 at th^ Jeffersonton Community Center. Cost is only $5 per day.
We are so fortunate to have Hartland Institute come into our community. This is the best class I have ever attended. A few minutes into the first session, I asked myself, “Where is everybody? Everyone needs to heard this information.” Instructor Lee Heathman says they normally have about 80 attendees in the classes. Last week we had only eight participants. Please make time to come. Every is you can’t stay for the session, stop by the book„table to review the numerous books available to improve your health.
