On Sunday Doug and Beverly .Exline and Andrew Burke', Alice Racer, Anna Clatterbuck, Ray Atkins and Janet Hitt, all local, Danny, Hope, Zachary Huff of Chester Gap, Melvin and Mary Gochenour, Kenny, Cindy, and Wesley Glascock of Front Royal had a picnic lunch and toured Harpers Ferry in West Virginia.
On Saturday, June 15 Doug and Beverly Exline attended the graduation of Amanda Dawson at Fauquier High School in Warrenton.

• Mrs. Ella J. Howell of Richmond, a former resident of Rappahannock passed away on Monday, June 10 and was buried on Thursday at the Sperryville Cemetery.
