On Sunday, Dec. 22 a Christmas Cantata will be presented at Reynolds Memorial Baptist Church. Rev. Jon Heddleston is pastor of Reynolds and with the congregation extends an invitation to the community to attend.

On Sunday, Dec. 22 at 7 p.m. the children of Massanova will be presenting a two scene Christmas play, the first scene entitled, "The Meaning of Christmas," and the second scene entitled, "The Perfect Christmas Gift.” The pastor the Rev. L.D. Savage and congregation extends a warm welcome to the public.
Sperryville Methodists
Sperryville Methodist will have their annual Christmas Eve candlelight service with communion at 8 p.m. on the 24th.
Amissville United Methodist Church
On Sunday, Dec. 22, Amissville United Methodist Church will have "The Blessing of the Toys” at the 11 a.m. worship service. You are invited to bring a gift for a child between the ages of two and a half to 16 (Please wrap, mark girl/boy, age and item). "As we present these to the Christ child we will pray for the children that will receive them,” said Amissville Pastor, Nancy White.
On Christmas Eve, Dec. 24, there will be a candlelight service at 7:30 p.m. Carols, scriptures and meditations will culminate in everyone lighting a candle as the group sings "Silent Night, Holy Night." Nursery will be provided for children through five years old.
