NOTICE OF SALE
Pursuant to a decree ol the Circuit Court ol Raopahannock County. Virginia, made and entered on the 13th day of November, 1996, in the partition suit brought by Henry Warner Reager, et al against Anna Stump Kirth and others, Chancery Cause *3530, and the partition suit brought by Henry Warner Reager, et at. against Maraget R. Tanner, et al. Chancery Cause #95CH-40 (said chancery causes having been consolidated), I will, on Friday, January 3. 1997, at the front door of the Court House in Washington, Virginia, at 11:00 o’clock a.m. on that day, offer for sale to the highest bidder, three (3) parcels of real estate, to-wit:
1. Tract #1 containing S Acres, together with a right of way thirty feet in width;
2. A lot containing 1.02 acres (less 0.17 acre, more or less);
3. A lot containing 1.90 acres with a 15-foot right of way and the “... use of a certain spring situated on the other land of Mary J. Reager.T
together with all improvements situated thereon and all privileges and appurtenances therewith connected, which property is situated in Wakefield District, on the west side of U.S. Route 522. Said tracts are more particularly
described by the records contained in the files of the above sytled Chancery suits. Said 5acre parcel (Tract #1) is also more particularly described by plat and survey of Larry C. Himelright, dated June 1, 1993, and filed with the Commissioner's Report in the above-referenced Chancery suit #3530. Said three parcels of real estate are further shown (as 5.0000 acres, 1.90 acres and 1.02 acres) on a topographical plat made by John Baumgardner, P.C., dated December 17, 1995, and filed amongst the papers of the aforesaid Chancery Cause #95CH40.
