Two of the group, Wayne Baldwin and Sally D. Keyser are local • inhabitants. The other thirteen were »■ from Vienna, Middletown, and Falls , Church, Virginia and Pennsylvania. , They were Elmer and Louise Bowen White, Carol Ellis, Dale and Judy , White, Sonny and Anne White Wolfe, James Wolfe, Rachael Wolfe, James and Mary Ellis Tucker, Connie Bowen Pike, and Vickie Bowen, all descen, dants of Clemet C. Bowen. Historical Background William Bowen, a Corporal in the , Revolutionary War, who died in October 1832, whose wife's name was Martha (who died in December 1832) . were parents of, viz: Silas Bowen, Nancy (a.k.a. Ann) Bowen wife of • John Beahm, William Bowen (whom I'll call Jr.), and Thomas Bowen. William Bowen Jr. (bom 1786, died 1876) had married three times < and was father of fifteen children.
