On Friday, Dec. 4 the Washington VDOT Headquarters Superintendent Ennis Jenkins and staff hosted a retirement luncheon in honor of Richard W. Burke of Woodville.
Mr. Burke has been employed with VDOT for 29 years and eight months. He mostly served in the capacity was motor grader operator.
Words of commendation and gratitude for services rendered were , expressed by Robert Anderson of the Rappahannock Board of Supervisors; Don Askew, Culpeper District Administrator; Bob Moore, Warrenton VDOT Resident' Engineer and Ennis Jenkins.
